Many of us will go to great lengths to plan the perfect Jamaica vacation and in most cases it comes at least close. The Sav La Mar hospital is like all other government buildings in Jamaica, covered in steel bars and security guards. It’s worth mentioning that we’re staying at the Heartbeat Resort here in Negril Jamaica for long term.
