I’ve already spoken about how much I really like لقد سبق ان تحدثت عن كم أنا حقا مثل Roaring Rivers هدر الانهار and the surrounding area of Petersfield and Shrewsbury in Westmoreland Parish Jamaica. والمنطقة المحيطة بها من Petersfield وShrewsbury Westmoreland الرعيه في جامايكا. I think اعتقد Roaring River هدر نهر is one of those special places where you can witness the real beauty of nature. هو واحد من هذه الاماكن الخاصة حيث يمكنك مشاهدة الجمال الحقيقي للطبيعه. Watching the mineral springs flow from underground and cascade over the rocks and the lush green vegetation that grows around it is a perfect scene for me and I just love to sit and admire the place. مشاهدة ينابيع المياه المعدنية من تحت سطح الارض وتدفق شلال على مدى الصخور ومعشب النباتات الخضراء التي تنمو حولها هو الساحة المثاليه بالنسبة لي وانا فقط أحب ان اجلس واعجابنا.
On my second adventure to Roaring River cave I noticed these large sun shaped signs near the signs pointing to the River. ملاحظتي الثانية على المغامره الى هدر نهر كهف لاحظت هذه العلامات كبير بالقرب من الشمس على شكل علامات تشير الى النهر. The signs were shaped like a setting sun and I was intrigued by what they read. فإن كانت تتشكل مثل شمس وأنا مفتون من قبل ما أقرأ. It said Sunset Heal Mountain Retreat and Healing Center. وقالت غروب الشفاء للجبال وتراجع مركز الشفاء. It just so happens that a friend was going through a cancer experience and I was interested to see what they offered at this place. انها مجرد ان يحدث ذلك صديق يمر السرطان والخبرة وانا مهتم لنرى ما عرضت في هذا المكان. I followed a dirt road up towards the mountain side and past a small farm and some wooden huts where it comes to the fence at Sunset Heal. أنني اتبعت الطريق الترابي حتى الجبال نحو الجانب الماضي والمزارع الصغيرة وبعض الاكواخ الخشبيه حيث يتعلق الامر السور عند الغروب تلتئم. I spoke with a gentleman at the gate and he invited me in to meet the manager. تكلمت مع شرفي على باب ودعا لي في لتلبية مدير. I was greeted by a lovely young lady who showed me in to the main office on the ground level. كنت احب التحيه من قبل سيدة من الشباب في لتبين لي ان المكتب الرئيسي على ارض الواقع. The property is quite a few acres and climbs high up the hill side with buildings located on three different levels. الممتلكات عدد غير قليل من الفدادين ويتسلق التل عالية تصل الى جنب مع المباني الواقعة على ثلاثة مستويات مختلفة. At the ground level are rental rooms, a spa, a large gazebo and the main office. على الصعيد الميداني هي استئجار الغرف ، ومنتجع صحي ، وعددا كبيرا من شرفة المراقبة والمكتب الرئيسي. At the middle level are the chalets with the awesome views of the valley and at the top is the restaurant and main residence. في المستوى المتوسط هي شاليهات وجهات النظر مع رهيبه من الوادي وهو في اعلى المطعم الرئيسي والاقامة.
I had the kids with me in the van after our swim in the river and I did not want to stay long but I was sucked in by the beauty of it all and ended up spending about 20 minutes meeting the owner Beatrice and talking to her some about what she did. كان لي أطفال معي في فان لدينا بعد السباحه في النهر وانا لا تريد البقاء طويلا لكني لم اكن في امتصاص من قبل كل من جمال وانتهى الأمر بأن انفاق حوالى 20 دقيقة الاجتماع صاحب بياتريس وأتكلم معها بعض عن ما فعلت. I was very impressed with her knowledge and ideas on healing and the power each of us has to heal from within. وانا معجب جدا معها المعرفه والافكار على تضميد الجراح وسلطة كل واحد منا على الشفاء من الداخل. I decided to suggest to my friend that he stay there for some part of his trip or at least visit and he did. قررت أن أقترح على صديقي انه البقاء هناك لبعض جزءا من رحلته أو على الأقل زيارة وفاستجاب لطلبه. In the end he abandoned the place he was at and stayed the rest of his trip with Beatrice in the hills. وقال انه في نهاية التخلي عن المكان الذى كان فى وبقيت بقية رحلته مع بياتريس في التلال. He seems to have really enjoyed himself and I certainly hope he did at least. وقال انه يبدو انه قد تمتعت حقا شخصيا ، وأنا بالتأكيد نأمل فعل على الاقل.
Beatrice has been in the same location for over 17 years but has just come to open her place up as a full resort and healing center in recent years. بياتريس كانت في نفس المكان لأكثر من 17 سنة ولكنه يأتي فقط لفتح بدلا منه حتى كشريك كامل في مركز اللجوء وتضميد الجراح في السنوات الاخيرة. She has a wall full of degrees and certifications in fields such as Reiki, Theta DNA and Aromatherapy and she specializes in Massage Therapy for physical ailments. وقالت انها قد جدار كامل من الدرجات والشهادات في مجالات مثل reiki ، ثيتا طب الروائح والحمض النووى وانها متخصصه في العلاج بالتدليك للامراض الجسديه. She has had success in helping stroke victims recover from facial paralysis which I found impressive. وقالت انها قد حققت نجاحا فى مساعدة الضحايا على الشفاء من السكته الدماغيه والشلل الوجه التي وجدتها للاعجاب. I always saw that as a permanent condition but the nerve and muscle damage can be repaired or retrained. انا دائما كما رأت ان وضع دائم ولكن العصبيه والعضليه ولا يمكن اصلاح الضرر او تدريب. After my friend had such a great time there and since I was so impressed I went back and spent even more time with Beatrice as she gave me the grand tour of her place. بعد أن صديقي هذا كان هناك وقت كبير وذلك منذ ان كنت اعجب عدت وتنفق المزيد من الوقت حتى مع بياتريس لانها أتاحت لي جولة الكبرى بدلا منه. On my first visit I did not take the trip up to the top of her property to see the restaurant and one of the most beautiful views in all of Jamaica. على أول زيارة لي أنني لم أغتنم هذه الرحله يصل الى اعلى من ممتلكاتها انظر إلي المطعم واحدة من اجمل وجهات النظر في كل من جامايكا. On my second trip I was missing my camera as I sat there in awe of the beautiful setting. ملاحظتي الثانية على رحلة كنت في عداد المفقودين بلادي الكاميرا كما جلست هناك في الرهبه من تحديد الجميلة. Sitting up on the edge looking out over Petersfield and the sugar cane fields of Sugar Valley is so peaceful and the backdrop of mountains with rain clouds above them is simply breath taking. يجلس على حافة تبحث على مدى Petersfield ومزارع قصب السكر من السكر وأدى ذلك السلميه وخلفية للجبال مع السحب والأمطار عليها اعلاه هو مجرد اخذ نفسا. The chalets at the second level are available for rent and offer a great view of the valley below from the balcony on each room. وقد شاليهات وعلى المستوى الثاني متاحة للايجار وعرض كبير نظرا للالوادي ادناه من الشرفه على كل غرفة.
There is an incredible attention to detail at Sunset Heal and you can feel the time and effort spent on making the place so nice. وهناك لا تصدق الاهتمام بالتفاصيل على الغروب مداواه ويمكنك الشعور الوقت والجهد المبذول لجعل المكان حتى لطيف. Everything is fresh crisp and new looking and the grounds are meticulously well kept. كل شيء هش الطازجه والجديدة والاسباب التي تبحث هي ايضا الاحتفاظ بدقة. When we walked up to the first chalet and stopped to look around both Beatrice and I were out of breath and sweating from the blazing sun and brisk walk up the steep steps and she opened up the door to the fridge in the room and there were cold wash clothes inside for cooling off. ونحن عندما ساروا حتى اول شاليه ، وتوقفت لنظرة حول كل من بياتريس وكنت انا واصل في التنفس والتعرق من التوهج والشمس وسريع حتى المشي خطوات الحاد وقالت انها فتحت الباب على ثلاجه في غرفة وكانت هناك الباردة تغسل الملابس داخل لتهدئة. I thought that was cool and the timing was perfect. واعتقد ان تبرد وكان ينتظر التوقيت المناسب الكمال. There seem to be lots of little things like that at Sunset Heal which make it such a special place. ويبدو ان هناك الكثير من الاشياء مثل يذكر ان تلتئم على الغروب التي تجعل مثل هذا المكان الخاص. I have not stayed there overnight as of yet but we plan to do so upon our return in January. انني لم بقيت هناك حتى الآن من بين عشية وضحاها كما لكننا ننوي القيام بذلك عند عودتنا في كانون الثاني / يناير. We’re heading home for the Holidays and we fly out pretty soon so we’re saving it as a romantic getaway for the parents when we first arrive next year. نحن عنوان الصفحه الرئيسية لقضاء العطلات ويطير بها جميلة ونحن في وقت قريب حتى نحن انقاذ بانها الرومانسيه المهرب من اجل آباء وامهات ونحن عندما تصل لاول مرة في العام المقبل.
I’ll confess to not knowing much about exactly what Beatrice does but I can tell you she knows what she is doing. انا اعترف ان الذين لا يعرفون الكثير عن بالضبط ما بياتريس ولكن هل أستطيع أن أقول لكم انها قالت انها تعرف ما تفعل. She is an intelligent and articulate woman who speaks with confidence and I’m impressed with her ideas on healing and alternative medicine. وقالت انها هي امرأة ذكية وتوضيح من يتكلم بثقه وانا معجب افكارها على تضميد الجراح والطب البديل. I was most intrigued by what I learned about Theta Healing but you can get Reiki and Massage treatments as well. كنت مفتون بها معظم ما علمت عن ثيتا الشفاء ولكن يمكنك الحصول على reiki تدليك والعلاج أيضا. Theta Healing may hold some promise for my autistic son and we’re exploring ways she can help us with his condition. ثيتا الشفاء ويجوز لها ان تعقد بعض الوعد لابن بلدي مصاب بالتوحد ونحن نقوم باستكشاف سبل وقالت انها يمكن ان تساعدنا مع حالته. Sunset Heal is a tranquil relaxing place away from the noise of the cities where you can appreciate the natural beauty of the Jamaica mountains. غروب الشفاء هو تخفيف مكان هادئ بعيدا عن ضجيج المدن حيث يمكنك ان نقدر الجمال الطبيعي للجبال جامايكا. Take a walk or ride a bike in the hills اتخاذ المشي او ركوب دراجة في التلال or swim in the healing mineral waters of the او السباحه في تضميد الجراح والمياه المعدنية لل Roaring River هدر نهر or just kick back and listen to the birds and wind blow by under the giant bamboo as you unwind in privacy and enjoy what appears to me like the most peaceful place on earth. او مجرد ركلة العودة والاستماع الى الطيور والرياح تهب من جانب العملاقه في اطار الخيزران وانتم unwind في الخصوصيه ويتمتع على ما يبدو لي مثل معظم السلميه مكان على وجه الارض. It seems like the kind of place famous people go to to get away from the world and I’m happy I found it. ويبدو مثل هذا النوع من مكان مشاهير الذهاب الى الابتعاد عن العالم وانا سعيدة وجدته.
Jamaica and Sunset Heal are positioning themselves as leaders in wellness and alternative healing in the Caribbean and a viable choice over some more “conventional medicines” in America. الغروب وجامايكا والشفاء هي تهيئ نفسها ، باعتبارنا قادة ، في العافية والشفاء البديله في منطقة البحر الكاريبي وقابلة للحياة ما يزيد على اختيار بعض اكثر "الادوية التقليديه" في الولايات المتحدة.
